Tanggung Jawab
- Operate milling machines to cut, shape, and finish metal parts according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
- Set up and adjust machine tools, including selecting appropriate feeds, speeds, and cutting tools.
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Monitor production processes continuously to detect and resolve any operational issues.
- Inspect finished products to verify accuracy and adherence to quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience operating milling machines within the precision engineering industry.
- Relevant trade certification or vocational training in machining and manufacturing.
- Strong ability to read and comprehend technical engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Understanding of basic machine calibration and troubleshooting procedures.
