We are seeking a dedicated Mills Relationship Officer to join our team at PT Pemasok Mitra Pembeli. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with palm oil mills (PKS) across Riau province. Your primary objective will be to foster strong business relationships that drive supply chain integration and support sustainable growth in our palm oil operations.

You will work closely with mill owners and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with palm oil mills (PKS) in Riau province
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for supply chain integration
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with mill owners and key stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze market trends in the palm oil industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Prepare regular reports on relationship status and business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and sustainability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or relationship management
- Deep understanding of the palm oil industry and supply chain operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Riau region's palm oil industry is highly desirable
