Tanggung Jawab
- Present and demonstrate MINI vehicle features and specifications to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system
- Participate in dealership events and marketing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Passion for automobiles and the MINI brand
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
