Arisamandiri Pratama is looking for a dynamic MIS Manager (SAP S/4HANA) to lead our enterprise information management initiatives in Demak, Central Java. In this role you will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of our SAP S/4HANA environment, aligning technology with business strategy and driving operational excellence.
You will collaborate closely with crossâfunctional teams to gather requirements, plan deployments, and ensure seamless integration of SAP modules into daily operations. Your expertise will be key in optimizing system performance, maintaining data integrity, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decisionâmaking.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operations of SAP S/4HANA to meet business objectives.
- Manage the MIS team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate crossâfunctional projects to integrate SAP modules with business processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures for MIS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on system utilization, KPIs, and project status to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS, ERP, or SAP administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and operations.
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Professional certification in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is advantageous.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian is a plus.
