We are looking for a proactive professional to oversee our critical infrastructure services, handle complex escalations, and ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of MIS operations, ensuring system reliability and aligning technical support with the company’s strategic goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the MIS team, providing direction, support, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity.
- Oversee infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance of all systems.
- Handle high-level escalations and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all IT services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align IT solutions with business requirements.
- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to maintain a secure IT environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as an MIS Team Lead or L3 Support Manager (Minimum 3-5 years experience).
- Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and system administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, PMP, ITIL Foundation) are a significant advantage.
