Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, approach, and onboard new external partners to expand the company's business ecosystem.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth.
- Coordinate and execute marketing programs in collaboration with partners to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership activity, sales performance, and market insights for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and marketing teams, to align partnership strategies with company goals.
- Ensure all partnership activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales/marketing support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners within the Jakarta area.
- Fast learner with a high level of motivation and professional integrity.
