Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to Jago Coffee standards.
- Operate mobile coffee van/equipment efficiently and safely during events.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness of the preparation area and equipment.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies to prevent waste.
- Follow recipes and brewing techniques strictly to ensure consistency.
- Assist in the setup, operation, and takedown of mobile stalls.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA).
- Experience in the F&B industry is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit to work on-site and handle mobile equipment.
- Passion for coffee and strong customer service skills.
- Valid SIM A (driving license is a bonus).
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
