- Define and execute the mobile product roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Architect scalable mobile solutions ensuring optimal performance and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing processes for continuous delivery
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design patterns, and best practices

Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of mobile development experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development
- Proven track record of leading mobile teams through full product lifecycles
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks (React Native/Flutter) is advantageous
- Familiarity with fintech compliance and security standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to align technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Fastlane) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
