Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repair of heavy mobile equipment, including forklifts, cranes, loaders, and bulldozers.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
- Inspect equipment for potential failures and adhere to strict safety compliance protocols before operation.
- Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts usage accurately in the system.
- Ensure all tools and work areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certificate in Automotive, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, or Diesel Technology.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in mobile equipment maintenance, preferably within the port or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Valid Driver's License (Class A or equivalent) is required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physically fit to perform heavy lifting and work in outdoor, sometimes hazardous conditions.
