As a Field Executive, you will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, maintaining high standards of product availability, and fostering strong relationships with our retail partners. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about field operations, excels in high-pressure environments, and possesses a keen strategic mindset to outperform targets in a competitive retail landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within the assigned Modern Trade territory.
- Manage and nurture relationships with retail partners to ensure high levels of brand visibility and product loyalty.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor inventory levels, store compliance, and execution of trade marketing initiatives.
- Analyze territory-specific data to identify business opportunities and mitigate potential sales risks.
- Ensure timely implementation of promotional activities and product launches at the store level.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve distribution issues and optimize supply chain effectiveness.
- Provide insightful reporting on competitor activities and market performance to regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in field sales, trade marketing, or key account management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Imus City and surrounding Cavite areas.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a vehicle for business travel.
