Tanggung Jawab
- Develop & Execute Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for modern trade channels, focusing on maximizing shelf visibility and consumer engagement.
- Key Account Management: Oversee relationships with major distributors, supermarkets, and key accounts to ensure optimal product placement and trade support.
- Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
- Trade Promotions: Coordinate and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and sampling events to attract customers and boost product trials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and product managers to align marketing initiatives with business goals and product launches.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the modern trade sector.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in modern trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG or agribusiness industry.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and distributors.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Driving License: Valid driver’s license is required (must be willing to travel for field visits).
- Attributes: Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
