Are you an experienced Mortgage Broker based in the Philippines with a strong background in the Australian market? SUM+ is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Parabroker to join our expanding team in Metro Manila. As a remote professional, you will be a vital link between our Sydney-based brokerage operations and the Philippine market, assisting in the processing and management of Australian mortgage applications.
In this role, you will work closely with senior brokers to ensure smooth loan processing, conduct thorough financial assessments, and provide exceptional service to clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end processing of Australian mortgage applications for clients in the Philippines.
- Liaise with lenders and financial institutions to track application status and resolve queries efficiently.
- Prepare and verify necessary documentation, including income statements, bank statements, and identification.
- Conduct preliminary financial assessments to ensure clients meet lending criteria.
- Communicate complex loan terms and policy details to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on changes in Australian lending regulations and interest rates to provide accurate advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage broking, specifically within the Australian market.
- Demonstrated experience working remotely or in a virtual office environment.
- Strong understanding of Australian lending products, bank policies, and loan structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Relevant financial certification or tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
