You will be responsible for mapping the market, identifying high-potential prospects, and delivering exceptional service to ensure a seamless mortgage application journey. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property developers, real estate brokers, and industry influencers to generate high-quality leads.
- Identify and prospect potential mortgage clients within the Jabodetabek region to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide expert advisory services regarding mortgage products, interest rates, and loan structures to prospective nasabah (customers).
- Collaborate with internal credit and operational teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
- Prepare professional presentations and proposals for developers and potential institutional partners.
- Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of prospects and provide regular performance reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in mortgage sales, banking, or a high-performance sales role within the property industry.
- Strong network and existing relationships with property developers or brokerage firms in Jabodetabek are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and credit profiles.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
