As a key member of our manufacturing division, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and production of high-precision moulds used in our plastic injection processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Machining and fitting mould components to exact specifications using hand tools and precision instruments.
- Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing of injection moulds to minimize downtime.
- Operating CNC machines, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and other advanced mould-making equipment.
- Inspecting moulds for wear, tear, and defects to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborating closely with design engineers to implement mould modifications and improvements.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in strict compliance with safety and quality control protocols.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mould Making, or a related trade qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar manufacturing or mould maintenance role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Strong hands-on experience with CNC programming, EDM, and manual machining tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Valid Malaysian work permit and willingness to work rotating shifts if required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
