We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our exclusive Supervisor Apprentice Program (SAP) at our Saujana S2 Heights location. This program is meticulously designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application, providing a structured pathway for aspiring retail leaders.
As an Apprentice Supervisor, you will immerse yourself in all aspects of store operations, including stock management, customer relationship building, and team leadership. You will work closely with seasoned professionals who will guide you through the nuances of retail management, helping you develop a versatile skillset that is highly valued in the industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment, receiving, and organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members to ensure team performance and morale.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Support the execution of promotional activities and store events.
Kualifikasi
- SPM, STPM, O-Level, or Diploma holders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
