Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
- Manage and reconcile inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Train and oversee performance of cashiers and inventory staff to maintain service standards
- Monitor cash flow, prepare daily reports, and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Coordinate inventory control procedures including stock receiving, rotation, and disposal
- Collaborate with store management to optimize inventory levels and reduce shrinkage
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to sales and inventory
- Implement and maintain store security protocols for cash and inventory assets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in cashiering and inventory management
- Previous supervisory experience in retail or warehouse environment
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills for financial reconciliation
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies and stock auditing
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced retail settings
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
