Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of MST therapists, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Oversee the implementation of MST interventions with high-risk youth and their families
- Ensure adherence to MST program fidelity and evidence-based practices
- Conduct regular case reviews and provide constructive feedback to therapy teams
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to coordinate services
- Monitor program outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MST or similar evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Previous supervisory experience in a clinical or community setting
- Strong knowledge of family systems theory and trauma-informed care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in MST or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
