As a Printer Operator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all printing-related queries. You will manage high-volume printing tasks, troubleshoot hardware malfunctions, and ensure the continuous availability of office supplies. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain multi-function printers, copiers, and scanners to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of printing equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels for print supplies such as toner, ink cartridges, and paper.
- Assist clients and internal staff with printing, scanning, and copying tasks.
- Resolve minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT support.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience operating office printers or multi-function devices is preferred.
- Familiarity with printer hardware and basic software configurations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
- Valid ID and proof of residency in Metro Manila.
