Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems, switchgears, and distribution panels.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to tenant service requests and work orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units, and cooling towers.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
- Assist in minor construction, renovation, and fit-out projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a multi-skilled technician, electrician, or building maintenance technician.
- Vocational diploma or associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Licensed Electrician is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, fire protection systems, and plumbing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Willingness to work a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
