Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, banners, and posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging video content, including short-form reels, animations, and promotional videos using Premiere Pro.
- Edit and retouch photography to ensure brand consistency and high visual standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies.
- Manage and update the social media content calendar with fresh and relevant designs.
- Research and implement the latest design trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure all visual assets adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and style guide.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, video editing, and static designs.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
