Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality multimedia content for social media, web, and marketing collateral.
- Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from brainstorming and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Take full ownership of content performance, analyzing metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align creative assets with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, platforms, and industry technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Translate complex marketing goals into visually compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related creative field.
- Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and graphic design (portfolio submission is required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to take full responsibility for project outcomes.
- Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and pivot strategy based on data-driven insights.
