Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, production, and delivery of multimedia educational content across various platforms
- Manage production teams, including videographers, editors, and graphic designers, ensuring timely project completion
- Develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and quality control processes
- Collaborate with educational content developers to translate learning objectives into engaging multimedia formats
- Stay current with multimedia production technologies and trends, implementing best practices
- Oversee post-production processes, including editing, animation, and special effects
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration of multimedia content with learning management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multimedia production, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, animation, and interactive media
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Expertise with multimedia production software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Experience developing educational or instructional content preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate creative concepts
