Luxoft, a global IT solutions provider, is looking for an experienced Murex Back Office Business Analyst to strengthen our regional operations team based in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This role will focus on ensuring the smooth operation of Murex back office modules and supporting complex SWIFT messaging (MT/MX) processes across the region. As a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will analyze requirements, recommend improvements, and implement solutions that enhance transparency and efficiency.
In this position, you will manage day-to-day back office activities including trade confirmation, settlement, and regulatory reporting, while actively participating in system upgrades and integration projects. Your deep understanding of financial instruments and transaction lifecycles will be vital to ensure accurate and timely processing. - Analyze and document business requirements for Murex back office operations, including trade confirmation, settlement, and reporting.
- Support regional Murex back office processes and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Configure and test SWIFT MT/MX messages to ensure accurate trade lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to define system enhancements and resolve production issues.
- Conduct impact analysis for Murex upgrades and regulatory changes.
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for back office applications.
- Generate and review reports to monitor operational performance and compliance.
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of Murex back office modules and trade life cycle.
- Expertise in SWIFT MT/MX message formats and financial instruments (FX, Money Markets, Derivatives).
- Experience in regional operations and multi-site environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
