Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging music lessons (vocal, instrumental, music theory, and history) for primary and secondary students in accordance with the school's curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Plan, rehearse, and direct school concerts, recitals, and other musical performances.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records of achievement.
- Integrate technology and contemporary teaching methods to enhance the learning experience and student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music across the broader curriculum and contribute to school-wide events and activities.
- Manage classroom resources and the music inventory, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and utilized effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, activities, and curriculum.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Music Education, Music Performance, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a school setting (international or national plus school preferred).
- Proven proficiency in at least one musical instrument and vocal instruction.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is highly preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
- A genuine passion for working with children and adolescents, demonstrating patience, empathy, and enthusiasm.
- Creative, innovative, and committed to continuous professional development.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
