- Conduct in-store and service establishment evaluations based on predefined scenarios
- Document customer service interactions, product availability, and store cleanliness

- Submit comprehensive reports within assigned deadlines via digital platforms
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional anonymity during assessments
- Provide actionable insights on sales staff performance and customer experience gaps
- Participate in periodic calibration training to ensure evaluation consistency
Kualifikasi
