Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business/marketing preferred
- Previous mystery shopping or customer service experience advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills
- Strong written communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Reliable transportation to visit multiple locations within Pangandaran
- Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain professional discretion
- Basic proficiency with digital reporting tools and mobile applications
