Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily spa operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and service quality assurance
- Train and mentor nail technicians on advanced techniques and client interaction protocols
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations in all spa procedures
- Handle client concerns and resolve service issues with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor financial performance through sales tracking and cost management

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in nail spa management or senior nail technician role
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced service environment
- Basic understanding of retail sales and inventory management systems
- Professional nail technician certification (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC) preferred
