Are you a high-energy sales leader with a passion for scaling distribution networks? Loluna is seeking a National Hybrid / Reseller Lead to spearhead our reseller channel strategy across Indonesia. In this high-impact role, you will be the engine behind our growth, building robust networks and driving performance that moves the needle. You will be responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy for our reseller programs, optimizing performance metrics, and fostering long-term partnerships that empower our resellers to succeed.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national strategy to acquire, onboard, and retain high-performing resellers.
- Analyze channel performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales conversion rates.
- Manage end-to-end reseller lifecycle, from initial prospecting to continuous performance coaching and support.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling reseller incentives, kits, and training materials.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure brand alignment and market penetration.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to adjust hybrid sales models proactively.
- Manage channel budgets and forecast sales revenue to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or distribution management (experience in FMCG or Retail preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate external partners.
- Excellent analytical skills; proficient in using CRM tools and data visualization software to track performance.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strategic mindset with a proven ability to scale distribution networks in a competitive market.
- Ability to travel nationally as required to manage key partner relationships.
