Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive nationwide sales strategies to achieve company revenue and volume targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor cross-regional sales teams, fostering a high-performance, target-driven culture.
- Establish clear sales performance metrics (KPIs) and conduct regular evaluations of regional performances.
- Identify new market opportunities, distributor partnerships, and distribution channels to expand national footprint.
- Manage national sales budgets, forecasting, and revenue projections with high accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts and critical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain departments to align strategies and ensure product availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in regional or national sales management, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or retail.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding nationwide sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience managing remote or cross-regional teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel frequently across regions as required.
