Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-quality 1-on-1 or group English lessons via our digital teaching platform.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and proficiency levels.
- Provide constructive feedback on grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and supportive virtual classroom atmosphere.
- Track student progress and update progress reports accurately after each session.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on our teaching methodology.
- Manage your own booking schedule effectively to meet student demand.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a native English speaker.
- Proven experience in teaching ESL or a related educational field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent certifications like TEFL/TESOL).
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home-office environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer software and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Skype, or similar platforms).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of patience.
