Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-quality 1-on-1 English lessons via our proprietary online video platform.
- Follow provided lesson plans while adapting teaching styles to meet the individual needs of diverse students.
- Provide constructive, timely, and encouraging feedback to students to facilitate language growth.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality for all scheduled classroom sessions.
- Monitor and track student progress through digital reports after each session.
- Maintain a professional and distraction-free teaching environment suitable for virtual learning.
- Engage students through interactive activities to ensure a positive and immersive learning experience.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a native-level English speaker with an impeccable command of the language (neutral accent preferred).
- Previous experience in ESL teaching or a related tutoring background is highly preferred but not required.
- Possess a reliable home office setup with a high-speed, stable internet connection.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
- A teaching certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is a significant advantage.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable navigating various educational software and video conferencing tools.
