Tanggung Jawab
- Perform Level 2 Radiographic testing (RT) on welds and critical components using X-ray or Gamma ray equipment.
- Interpret radiographic films to identify and classify defects such as porosity, slag inclusions, and lack of fusion.
- Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and local regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate test reports and certification documentation.
- Calibrate and maintain radiographic equipment to ensure operational accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and supervisors to resolve inspection discrepancies.
- Conduct visual inspection of surfaces prior to radiographic testing.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Level 2 Radiographer (RT) with valid certification (ASNT or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in NDT Radiography within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes and material types.
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and welding symbols.
- Physically fit to work in various industrial environments and handle heavy equipment.
- Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail.
