Coway is seeking a dedicated NDT Technician/Inspector to join our team in the aerospace sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing to ensure the structural integrity of critical components. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) on aerospace components using various methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), or Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine precise inspection requirements.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Document inspection results and generate detailed reports for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Manage inventory of consumables and testing materials to ensure continuous operational readiness.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and improve inspection processes.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9712).
Kualifikasi
- Valid NDT Level II certification in Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, or Magnetic Particle Testing.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the aerospace or heavy industry sector.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100 or other aerospace quality management systems.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering blueprints and technical documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant Singapore Work Permit or Citizenship (as per company requirements).
