Join PT Hand Solutions Indonesia as a NetSuite Technical Consultant and drive digital transformation through cutting-edge ERP solutions. As a technical expert, you'll architect, implement, and optimize NetSuite systems to streamline business operations across finance, supply chain, and customer management domains. This hands-on role requires deep technical proficiency in NetSuite's SuiteCloud platform, coupled with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end implementations, ensure system integrity, and provide ongoing support while continuously improving system performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement NetSuite ERP customizations, workflows, and integrations using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including system architecture, user guides, and process flows
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues and user challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize system efficiency
- Monitor system performance and proactively address scalability/security concerns
- Train internal teams and clients on NetSuite functionality and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
- 3+ years of NetSuite implementation/customization experience with proven project delivery
- Expert knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder frameworks
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and data modeling
- Certification in NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer or Implementation Consultant preferred
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Fluent in both written and spoken English with strong communication skills
