Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime
- Configure and optimize network devices to enhance security and data flow efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and technology upgrades
- Develop comprehensive network documentation including topology diagrams and configuration standards
- Implement network security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure management
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and wireless systems
- Strong understanding of network security principles and firewall configurations
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex network issues
- Effective communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration
