Yamaha Motor is actively seeking a dedicated Network Support Specialist to join our dynamic Setup & Improvement Pod. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing critical network infrastructure setups and enhancements in strict accordance with our established mid-term strategic plans. We are looking for a technical professional who ensures that all setup processes are executed efficiently, securely, and in alignment with our operational standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute network infrastructure setup and improvements according to the mid-term plan.
- Ensure all network processes and configurations are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues in real-time.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to network hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network integration.
- Document network configurations and changes for audit and reference purposes.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network administration and support roles.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, OSI) and hardware (Routers, Switches, Firewalls).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools and diagnostic software.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid office environment in Cibitung, West Java.
