Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor system performance using advanced tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Manage server environments (Windows/Linux) including virtualization platforms
- Execute security protocols, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery procedures
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex network issues
- Document system configurations, network topologies, and operational procedures
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects and hybrid infrastructure solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in network/system administration with enterprise environments
- CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN technologies
- Proficiency with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
