Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and research potential clients to expand the company’s client base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new market segments.
  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and lead generation activity to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Jakarta and surrounding areas as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
