Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end new product development lifecycle for packaging solutions
- Manage cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and marketing
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify product opportunities
- Develop product specifications, prototypes, and technical documentation
- Optimize product designs for cost-efficiency and sustainability
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for material sourcing
- Monitor post-launch performance and implement continuous improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in packaging product development with 2+ years leadership
- Strong understanding of NPD methodologies and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software and product design tools
- Experience with regulatory compliance for packaging materials
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in bringing packaging products to market
