Join Central Proteina Prima as a Surveyor Budidaya Nila Marine and play a pivotal role in our aquaculture operations. We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee farming activities, ensure product quality, and drive partnership growth. If you have a strong background in aquaculture and sales, this mobile role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact in the agricultural sector across Central Java.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and growth of our Nile Tilapia stocks while maintaining high standards of biosecurity and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular surveys and monitoring of Nile Tilapia and shrimp farming sites to ensure optimal growth conditions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with local farmers and partners to drive sales and collaboration.
- Travel extensively within Central Java to conduct on-site inspections and support field operations.
- Implement and monitor biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks and ensure sustainable farming practices.
- Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports on crop health and yield performance.
- Assist in training farmers on best practices for cultivation and water management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in aquaculture, specifically with shrimp and fish farming (budidaya udang/ikan).
- Solid background in sales, partnership management, or business development.
- Must be willing to work mobile and travel frequently across the Central Java region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Educational background in Biology, Aquaculture, or Marine Science is a plus.
