Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network infrastructure 24/7 using advanced monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues proactively
- Manage and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Coordinate incident response during outages, implementing corrective actions to restore services
- Document network changes, incidents, and resolutions using ITIL-compliant processes
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including firmware updates, configuration backups, and security patches
- Analyze network performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar role
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and network security principles
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) highly preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
