As an NPC (Non-Player Character) actor, you are the heartbeat of our escape room experiences. You will be responsible for immersing players in intricate narratives, delivering spine-chilling performances, and guiding participants through high-stakes scenarios. We are looking for individuals who can think on their feet, maintain character under pressure, and provide a world-class customer experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform as a live NPC within various escape room scenarios, maintaining character consistency throughout the session.
- Facilitate immersive gameplay by interacting with players, providing subtle hints, and driving the narrative forward.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants while maintaining a high level of theatrical engagement.
- Reset game rooms efficiently between sessions, ensuring props and technical elements are perfectly positioned.
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, explaining game rules, and managing the pre-game briefing.
- Monitor game progress via CCTV and operate control systems to trigger sound, light, and mechanical effects.
- Contribute to the creative development of new room themes and character scripts.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about acting, theater, or performance arts with a strong ability to improvise.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment/theme park environments is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to project confidence in front of groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and navigating through specialized set designs.
