Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain sterile operating room environments and surgical equipment
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and providing direct patient care
- Monitor patient vital signs and physiological responses during operations
- Implement infection control protocols and maintain surgical field sterility
- Document surgical procedures and patient observations accurately
- Coordinate with anesthesia teams and surgical staff for efficient workflow
- Provide post-operative care instructions and support to patients and families
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (S1 Keperawatan) with valid Indonesian nursing license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in perioperative/surgical nursing
- Certification in perioperative nursing (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure emergency situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
