Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive nursery operational plans to optimize plant production cycles
- Supervise nursery staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring adherence to quality protocols
- Manage inventory of seeds, soil, fertilizers, and equipment to prevent shortages
- Implement pest control and disease prevention strategies to maintain plant health
- Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, irrigation) for optimal growth
- Coordinate harvesting, packaging, and distribution of nursery products
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability practices
- Prepare production reports and track key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Plant Science (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in nursery management or commercial horticulture
- Strong knowledge of plant propagation techniques and growth cycles
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and resource allocation
- Leadership experience with team supervision and training
- Familiarity with pest control methods and organic cultivation practices
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional field visits
