Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care and assist with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Assist registered nurses and physicians during examinations and medical procedures
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient rooms and healthcare equipment
- Support patient comfort and emotional well-being through compassionate care and communication
- Document patient information accurately in medical records and reports
- Respond promptly to patient calls and ensure timely assistance
- Adhere to healthcare protocols, safety standards, and confidentiality policies
Kualifikasi
- Certified Nursing Attendant or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing attendant certification or license as required by Philippine regulations
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication skills in Filipino and English
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift patients safely
- Detail-oriented with strong observational and documentation skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
