Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Odoo modules
- Configure, customize, and maintain Odoo systems across Ticketing, RFID, POS, Finance, Retail, F&B domains
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities using Odoo capabilities
- Develop user training materials and provide ongoing system support
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to align with business objectives
- Document business processes, system configurations, and user documentation
- Stay updated with Odoo features and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Odoo Functional/Business Analyst
- Expert knowledge of Odoo modules (Ticketing, RFID, POS, Finance, Retail, F&B)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams
- Experience in business process modeling and requirements documentation
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
