Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Communicate with clients regarding payment status, disputes, and account inquiries
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and payment documentation
- Assist in month-end closing processes for accounts receivable reconciliation
- Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies for overdue accounts
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve payment-related issues
- Process daily transactions and maintain organized financial filing systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented with excellent numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
