Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment status, disputes, and account inquiries
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and payment documentation
  • Assist in month-end closing processes for accounts receivable reconciliation
  • Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies for overdue accounts
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve payment-related issues
  • Process daily transactions and maintain organized financial filing systems

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Detail-oriented with excellent numerical accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
