Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for the manufacturing department.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal control policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the ERP system.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Good command of English (both written and verbal) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
