Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with event organizers to assess, design, and implement customized sound and lighting requirements for diverse mall events.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment, lighting rigs, and PA systems.
- Manage the installation, operation, and strike of technical equipment for mall activations, concerts, and promotional events.
- Monitor sound and lighting performance during live events to ensure seamless delivery and optimal audio/visual quality.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment rentals and repairs, ensuring budget adherence and quality compliance.
- Document technical inventory and ensure all assets are accounted for and stored properly after use.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and industry standards during rigging, electrical connections, and equipment handling.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Technical Theater, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sound and lighting operation, preferably in a mall or large-scale event venue setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of digital mixing consoles, DMX lighting controllers, and professional sound reinforcement systems.
- Proficiency in basic electrical troubleshooting and cable management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with event organizers and production crews.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required by event programming.
- Strong physical stamina, as the role involves equipment handling, setup, and teardown activities.
