Are you a retail enthusiast with a passion for digital growth? PT Cahaya Surga Hijab is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Offline & Online Sales Operation Staff to join our expanding team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our omnichannel operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers whether they shop in our physical boutiques or through our e-commerce platforms.

As an expert in both retail and digital sales, you will bridge the gap between offline store performance and online marketplace success. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving brand growth through operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and superior customer engagement.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day sales operations across both offline retail outlets and online e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular stock audits and reconciling offline/online sales data.
  • Process customer orders, handle packaging, and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through chat, social media, and face-to-face store interaction to boost conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to analyze trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in physical stores and ensure product listings online are updated with accurate descriptions and high-quality images.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Associate, E-commerce Admin, or Retail Operation Staff for at least 1-2 years.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel retail strategies and local marketplace operations in Indonesia.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic retail environment and flexibility to adapt to changing market demands.
